BC Admix 31 is a high-performance, ready-to-use liquid admixture made from modified lignosulfonate compounds and organic salts. It acts as both a water-reducing and set-retarding agent, conforming to ASTM C494 Types B and D.

BC Chemsol 101 Thinner is a proprietary solvent blend formulated to optimise flow and viscosity in BCI waterproofing and coating systems. It also serves as an effective cleaner for tools and spray equipment before and after application.

BC Cure 311 is a white, low-viscosity curing compound with an alkali-reactive emulsion-breaking system that forms a continuous film on cement surfaces to prevent water loss, reduce shrinkage and enhance durability. Supplied in 20 kg.

BC Elastivator is a highly reactive, fast-evaporating solvent with exceptional solvency for softening synthetic elastomers and coatings, supplied as a pure liquid without added fillers or solids.

BC Elasto Plus is a premixed cementitious blend for geothermal-well filling (25 kg), composed of blast-furnace cement, bentonite, high-plasticity additives and selected sands.
